This is the most efficient, most effective, easiest to use, the cleanest garnet removal system on the market as well as the most impressive. Most efficient because it can be used while your waterjet is still in operation and it is a one man operation (your waterjet operator can use it while he is watching the machine). Most effective because it can remove up to 55 gallons of garnet in one hour. 55 gallons of used garnet equates to 34 bags of garnet which weigh 55 lbs. each. This is an extremely quick process to remove that much garnet. It is the easiest to use because it is compact with only 1 hose, the suction line and it is self-contained on a steel fork lift pallet with a 55 gallon drum dump attachment is extremely simple to set up, use and to dump the waste garnet. The cleanest because there is absolutely no mess, no water (not a single drop) on the floor and nasty muddy mess to clean up. The most impressive is that compared to other systems out there, I haven’t seen one yet that can move this much material this fast, this easy and this clean for the price!
The first time we cleaned our waterjet I swore I would never empty the tank to remove garnet again. I did the research; I shopped around, bought and returned a garnet removal system. Then I put my mind to it and came up with what turns out to one of the most productive units out there for the cost. This beast is powered by a Honda WT30X Pump which comes with a 3 year factory warranty. With all items including hose and wand storage neatly mounted to a one pieces steel forklift skid it can simply be tucked away for storage. It literally only takes 5 minutes to get it hooked up and removing garnet. Used 1-2 hours once a week will be plenty of usage to keep up with a 40 hour week waterjet. Simply unwind the hose, start the pump, insert the wand into the tank and you are removing pounds of garnet per minute. After just one hour of run time, shut off the pump, disconnect the hose, forklift the unit outside and remove the top of the drum and rotate the drum dump to discard the waste garnet and put away until next time.
